DOE Key Responsibilities Oversee quality control activities throughout the production process Monitor daily First Pass Yield, FPY, and overall quality performance Ensure manufacturing processes meet internal quality standards and customer requirements Work closely with QC inspectors, engineers, technicians, and production teams Investigate manufacturing defects and recurring quality issues Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions Track quality trends, yield rates, and key performance indicators Respond to customer quality concerns and support timely resolution Track and close 8D corrective actions Lead and maintain PFMEA and PMP documentation Review technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements Support design and engineering teams to ensure products can be manufactured effectively Lead quality meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of product, manufacturing, or quality engineering experience Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience overseeing engineers or technicians Experience in electronics, servers, PCBA, SMT, computer hardware, or related manufacturing Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and
IATF 16949
standards Experience with FPY, KPIs, yield analysis, 8D, PFMEA, and corrective actions Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency with Minitab and quality management tools Strong data analysis, reporting, communication, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with SMT or final assembly manufacturing processes Certified Quality Engineer, CQE, or equivalent certification Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles Experience supporting AI servers, server racks, motherboards, or electronic assemblies Experience working directly with customers on quality concerns Work Environment Combination of office and electronics production floor work Requires standing and walking during inspections and quality reviews Occasional lifting of materials weighing up to 25 pounds Exposure to manufacturing machinery and production noise Personal protective equipment provided as required Occasional travel may be required for supplier audits or quality reviews Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays #INDT1
