GRC. Your Tasks Support risk engineering services focused on production, mechanical, and electrical equipment to help clients reduce equipment breakdown risks

Participate in site inspections and loss control surveys alongside experienced consultants

Develop technical knowledge through on-the-job mentoring and structured training programs

Prepare clear, accurate technical reports using established formats and guidelines

Build professional relationships with clients by acting in a courteous and reliable manner on site

Support account service teams, including participation in client meetings and presentations

Contribute to service quality, client satisfaction, and agreed timelines under supervision Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field completed prior to employment start date. We welcome applications from recent graduates available to start within 3-4 weeks, as well as students expected to graduate in May 2027 who can begin full-time employment in June 2027

Strong interest in mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems and how they operate

Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly and apply sound judgment

Clear written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Good planning and time management skills, especially when coordinating travel

Willingness and ability to travel as required for the role What We Offer Competitive base salary in the range of $68,000 - $74,000 USD annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and location

Additional Information Travel Requirement:

This role requires approximately 50-70% domestic travel, with occasional international travel depending on business needs

Work Environment:

Work is performed at industrial client sites and may involve climbing ladders, navigating tight spaces, and lifting equipment up to 50 pounds
