What You'll Get To Do:
Oversee the development, request, and implementation of changes to the Program and technical baseline with a focus on ensuring changes are well understood, documented, and executed through the Program approved Change Boards. The Project Change Engineers bring a "cradle to grave" solution for Program changes. Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following: Develop change request packages and represent the package through the change board process Ensure change request package meets quality standards and is board ready Coordinate comment follow-up, resolution, and approvals Coordinate and provide input into impact assessments Coordinate resolution and closeout of board action items Interface with Configuration Management when submitting change requests and finalize change requests after board approval Ensure approved change requests are implemented prior to change request closure Follow through to ensure change requests are closed timelyBasic Qualifications:
This requisition may be filled at either the Associate Project Change Engineer level (T-01) or Project Change Engineer l evel (T-02). Required forBoth Levels:
Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years Must have a current or ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need Associate Project Change Engineer (T01 Level): Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 1 year of experience, 0 years of experience with a Master's degree 1 year of experience with MS Office Suites Product(s) 1 year of presentation experience with the ability to present to project and program management, other technical managers, and customers 1 year of technical writing experience in school, work, or internship(s) with Master's Degree Project Change Engineer (T02 Level): Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience, 0 years of experience with a Master's degree 2 year of experience with MS Office Suites Product(s) 2 year of presentation experience with the ability to present to project and program management, other technical managers, and customers 2 year of technical writing experience in school, work, or internship(s) withMaster's Degree Preferred Qualifications:
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher Current DoD Top Secret clearance Understanding of systems engineering principles and processes Direct experience using the DOORS Requirements Management Database Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering concepts and Subcontractor technical oversight experience 1 year of project management experience. $59,900.00- $89,900.
Secondary Level Salary Range:
$72,100.00- $108,000.
