/Electronic Warfare Position Description :
Provide systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA) support at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) to integrate advanced Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Cyber and Electronic Warfare (EW) / Electronic Attack (EA) capabilities Provide technical support to enable U.S. (and disrupt adversary) long-range Kill Chains Identify National Overhead Systems data and capabilities that could benefit the Navy EA-18G Growler, the F-35 Lightning, the USMC Intrepid Tiger II or other programs Originate concepts/plans for DoW programs to incorporate innovative National Overhead Systems data and technologies to enhance warfighting capabilities Plan and execute prototype capability demonstrations to show operational importance Liaise with the Service Requirements Offices and Combatant Commands as needed Provide Subject Matter Expertise to integrate and test capabilities that utilize National data and capabilities into DoW platforms, systems and operationsRequired:
Independent, Forward-Thinker who works well with a small Team Ability to identify innovative concepts that can lead to capability gap solutions Familiarity with the IC and/or DoW requirements and/or acquisition processes Experience supporting IC or DoW programs to develop, test and transition capabilities Current Top Secret/SCI clearance. (If selected, CI Polygraph will be required)Desired/Preferred Experience:
EA-18G Growler, EA-6B Prowler, Compass Call, EP-3, or Rivet Joint operations Information Warfare Coordination Center (IWCC) inCIC, MAGTF, TOC, AOC, MOC
Electrical Engineering and/or RF Engineering subject matter expertise DoW Cyber or Electronic Attack systems and jamming technique development Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM) orHARM USAF
Stand-in Attack Weapon (SiAW) Navy Cryptologic Warfare Development Group (NCWDG) Service Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) offices Tactical Data Links (e.g., Link-16) and/or Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS) Counter Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) technical or operational Airborne Overhead Cooperative Operations (AOCO) capabilities USINDOPACOM, PACFLT, PACAF and/orMARFORPAC
Combat Operations experience, esp. involving EA/jamming and Cyber capabilities National Overhead Systems data or capabilities at the tactical level Retired military or military reservist preferred Salary commensurate with experience.Key Words :
