Full Job Description Associate Electronics Engineer Location:

Your Impact As an Associate Electronics Engineer, you'll support the design and development of mixed-signal hardware systems. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience across the hardware development process; from circuit design and PCB layout to testing and validation. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in analog/digital design, embedded systems, and PCB development while contributing to real-world hardware products. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Assist in designing analog and digital circuits Support PCB layout for multilayer boards (4+ layers) Help with routing tasks such as differential pairs and basic length matching Learn and apply signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) basics Contribute to schematic creation and component selection Assist in bringing up and testing hardware in the lab Support debugging and troubleshooting of circuits Help develop and run basic test procedures Assist with prototype builds and documentation Work with cross-functional teams to support product development Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field 1-3 years of experience in analog and digital hardware design Strong experience in high-speed multilayer PCB layout Experience with controlled impedance routing and mixed-signal board design Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers Experience designing MCU-based embedded systems Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in precision analog front-end design Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance and regulatory considerations Experience in system-level testing and calibration Familiarity with industrial, power, or measurement systems
