Salary Range:
- $112,000- $127,000/ year ( _In compliance with State laws surrounding Pay Equality and Transparency, Lindahl Reed is required to post a salary range. Actual pay will depend on several factors including location and level of experience.)_

- Description/Job Summary
- Lindahl Reed is seeking energy professionals to provide Resource Efficiency Manager (REM) services to the Army Materiel Command Headquarters, its Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs) and 23 Organic Industrial Base (OIB) facilities.
- Position Responsibilities
- + Support energy planning, including the development of Installation Energy and Water Plans + Conduct energy audits and develop energy conservation measures + Develop energy efficiency improvements for facilities + Analyze energy, water, and other utility data + Provide energy training and support awareness initiatives + Conduct design reviews + Support the development of energy resilience projects, including the integration of onsite energy generation, energy storage, and microgrids + Support energy project implementation through ESPC, UESC, and ERCIP projects, and other energy funded projects •
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- + Candidates must possess one of the following combinations of education and experience: + A four-year engineering degree (preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering) and/or a registered Professional Engineer registration with a minimum of 9 years of experience in energy management.
