In Office , Portland, ME The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $102,425- $120,500

Required Qualifications Education & Experience Required:
Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience . Associates Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required. Experience supporting the implementation of complex initiatives. Strong analytical focus with specific experience in benefit cost modeling. Demonstrated understanding of Distributed Energy Resource planning, performance measurement and verification, and system impact. Demonstrated understanding of utility operations and positive customer interactions. Ability to work within a matrix environment, including geographically dispersed teams.Skills/Abilities:
Highly developed quantitative skills as demonstrated with complex modeling; preference given to previous benefit/cost modeling experience. Experienced in the electric utility industry and knowledge of business operations. Understanding of Distributed Energy Resource planning, performance measurement and verification, and system impact. Must be an effective and positive communicator. Demonstrated understanding of current distribution and/or transmission planning requirements, electrical engineering and Energy Control Center (ECC) operations, including ability to work across these functional areas .
