Job Responsibilities:
Develop resilient microgrids and advanced energy solutions - including Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) and alternative systems - while conducting feasibility studies and navigating DOE/NRC regulatory pathways. Assess infrastructure vulnerabilities, support classified resiliency planning, and align enterprise energy strategies with operational risk and installation readiness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in large-scale energy projects, including microgrids or advanced nuclear. DoD Energy Resilience Knowledge — Understanding of DoD policies, federal procurement, and mission critical power systems. Regulatory & Compliance Navigation — Experience working with DOE, NRC, and federal siting/safety requirements. Technical Risk & Vulnerability Assessment — Ability to evaluate mission dependencies and infrastructure vulnerabilities. Classified Mission Integration — Capable of supporting TS level resiliency programs and sensitive operational timelines. Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
