Install energy efficient equipment, conduct pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Support program staff and clients in their efforts to influence stakeholders, to sell and/or install energy efficiency retrofits, or new construction. Provides technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, and recommends solutions. 1-3 Years High school or Associates Degree w/relevant industry technical certification/training preferred Preferred to be
BPI Certified Key Responsibilities:
25% Conduct installation of residential energy efficiency upgrades 20% Provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. 25% Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues. 25% Travel throughout a defined territory 5% Misc. DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Compensation Range $18.80 - $28.30 Currency USD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
