- Minimum Qualifications
- Consultant
- + Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Mathematics, Energy Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field + Bachelor's degree AND 2 to 4+ years of experience in energy markets, power systems, energy economics, market analysis, consulting, trading, utility planning, or a related field + Master's degree AND 1 to 3+ years of experience in energy markets, power systems, energy economics, market analysis, consulting, trading, utility planning, or a related field + Analytical and problem-solving skill experience + Experience using Excel and quantitative analysis tools + Experience with Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages •Senior Consultant•+ Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Mathematics, Energy Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field + Bachelor's degree AND 5 to 8+ years of experience in energy markets, power systems, energy economics, market analysis, consulting, trading, utility planning, or a related field + Master's degree AND 4 to 7+ years of experience in energy markets, power systems, energy economics, market analysis, consulting, trading, utility planning, or a related field + Analytical and problem-solving skill experience + Experience using Excel and quantitative analysis tools + Experience with Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages •Preferred Qualifications•+ Experience with power market simulation and forecasting tools such as PROMOD®, PLEXOS®, Aurora®, PSLF®, or similar platforms + Understanding of U.
