ELECTRICAL BIM/VDC SPECIALIST
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation's premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical BIM/VDC Specialist in Houston, Texas. Electrical BIM/VDC Specialist Compensation & Benefits Total compensation for the Electrical BIM/VDC Specialist in Houston, Texas between $90,000 and $115,000. Ability to design models for construction management purposes as necessary, must be able to modify and supplement deigns intent Revit models. Responsible for quality control, supporting team members and construction staff. Assist with BIM-related issues, scheduling issues, and review BIM coordinating schedules for compliance. Assist with new technology and modeling within Revit. Electrical BIM/VDC Specialist Qualifications Must have 5+ years' experience within BIM Modeling for an Electrical Contractor. Must work for an Electrical Contractor designing MEP for large new build commercial projects. 3+ years within Revit and must be able to model within Revit MEP. Navisworks experience. Field experience is a plus. Preferred but Not Necessary Electrical Field Experience #BASE1
