Quotations Specialist Flow Zone - 2.8 Odessa, TX Job Details Full-time 6 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Customer communication Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Quotations Specialist This position is responsible for obtaining market intel and preparing quotes utilizing sales experience and technical knowledge for various projects in the PVF industry. This position will be supporting multiple branches in the Permian Basin region.
Key Responsibilities include:
Sourcing per customer specifications/delivery requirements and pricing large project bids. Maximize financial results (profit margins, financials etc.) and meet customer timelines/specifications Improve customer service and satisfaction by building relationships with vendors and other stakeholders. Attain and exceed sales goals through increased market share, for both new business and existing accounts. Review customer specifications to ensure we are quoting accordingly
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. Proven ability to strengthen relationships with "key" accounts. Able to prospect new accounts by professional networking, industry research, and cold calling. Strong understanding of PVF industry (pipes, valves and fittings) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely with strong presentation and liaison skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the public.
