We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable NTP Specialist to help ensure our solar projects are accurate, complete, and ready to move forward. Position Overview The NTP Specialist reviews new solar projects, checks customer and contract information, verifies required documentation, and submits projects to Solar lenders for Notice to Proceed (NTP) approval. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Responsibilities

• Review AI Welcome Call recordings for accuracy and compliance
• Verify customer, contract, and project information
• Review required documents and site survey photos
• Submit projects for Notice to Proceed (NTP) approval through lender portals
• Communicate with sales representatives and internal teams to keep projects moving toward installation
• Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM
• Complete Aurora system designs Qualifications Solar industry experience (Required) Experience with Solar lender portals (GoodLeap, LightReach, EnFin, Sungage, etc.

Preferred ) Experience with Aurora (Preferred) Strong attention to detail, dependable and self-motivated Excellent communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask across multiple systems Comfortable working independently Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong problem-solving skills Compensation $14
