- Educate and develop relationships with Trade Ally contractors to encourage successful program participation
- Establish systems for high quality assurance and support Trade Ally contractors in successfully following program requirements
- Perform project inspections to ensure work meets program requirements and maintain clear records of quality adherence for monitoring and reporting purposes
- Hold Trade Ally contractors accountable if performance is not in line with program requirements by communicating issues, coaching when needed to perform at required levels, and removing from the program if performance does not improve
- Develop and track strategies to meet outreach and program targets
- Adjust outreach strategies based on program changes and outreach strategy effectiveness
- Establish relationships with all stakeholders in the energy efficiency landscape including contractors, trade allies and distributors
- Implement new tools and processes to improve the outreach function
- Stay informed on emerging energy efficiency technologies
- Perform event planning, coordination and presentations of programs to external stakeholders
- Prepare robust weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals. In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience such as working with contractors and/or sales
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and other outreach tools
- BPI certification (or equivalent) preferred Type of Work
- Most of your time will be in the field servicing our customers and trade allies with the remainder of your time working from your home office.
- There will be some overnight travel required. Driving
- Are at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record Bi-lingual speaker preferred
