Position:
As the Energy and Automation Engineer, you will: Manage daily Energy, automation, and electrical activities across the facility Lead a team responsible for executing checklists, identifying gaps, and resolving issues in a timely manner Oversee all maintenance contracts under your remit and ensure compliance with required standards Prepare reports, analytics, and energy performance KPIs while raising concerns proactively
Requirements:
BSc in Engineering (Electrical Engineering) Excellent knowledge of Energy management, automation, and project management PMP certification is a plus 3-4 years of relevant experience Excellent command of Arabic & English (spoken and written) Very good computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.) Strong communication and influencing skills Ability to analyze and solve problems Strong inspection, planning, and scheduling capabilities Strong data analysis and reporting skills Excellent project management skills (timeline, budget, resource management) Ability to manage multiple priorities and commitments What to expect: Expect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
