Ability to lead the Phius verification process and projects. Candidates must also demonstrate professional competence at Certifying projects under
ENERGY STAR
Homes / Multifamily New Construction, Indoor AirPLUS, and Zero Energy Ready Homse. Performing take-offs on enclosure, MEP, and lighting systems. Performing on-site inspections and testing, including blower door, duct leakage, and ventilation testing using diagnostic testing equipment. Energy analysis/benchmarking and energy modeling software. Experience with eQuest, EnergyPlus, OpenStudio, WUFI , and THERM a plus. We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package:
    Salary Range:
    $85,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.

    Pay:
    $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
