As a Ford Racing NVH CAE Engineer, you will play a key role in developing some of the industry's most capable and exciting high-performance cars and trucks. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, proactive engineer who can lead the full vehicle simulation process—from model build and analysis through issue resolution. The successful candidate will bring strong organization, collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills while partnering closely with attribute and functional engineering teams in a fast-paced development environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based at the Ford Racing offices in Allen Park, MI.
