• What you

Will Do:

• + Plan and develop model predictive control and parameter estimation algorithms for military and commercial engine programs.

+ Develop engine, actuation, and fuel system dynamic models and apply these models for development of functional requirements for control law algorithms, fuel system and actuation dynamics. + Develop model-based sensor and actuator fault detection, isolation, and accommodation (FDIA) algorithms. + Collaborate with internal customers/stakeholders to identify opportunities for control law product and process improvements. + Create and improve process and standards for development, validation, and verification of engine control laws, fuel system control laws, and FDIA algorithms. + Provide technical review and oversight of control and parameter estimation algorithm design and analysis. + For emerging algorithm issues, lead root cause determination and corrective action throughout entire product life cycle from initial concept phases, through engine testing and in-service operation. + Develop and update control law training materials and provide mentoring and training for team members.

• The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
