Essential Functions Review customer specifications and prepare quotes, working with sales consultants. Provide fluid power designs for existing and new equipment. Maintain all Quote logs, files, and communications. Review and implement cost savings ideas as they relate to fluid power designs. Oversee third-party quoting efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, and on time. Maintain Key Operating Statistics and prepare reports for management. Position Qualifications- Skills and Abilities Experience should demonstrate proficiencies in the following areas: Ability to find solutions for or to deal proactively with work-related problems. Skills to design and conduct systematic, objective, and critical investigations. Capacity to apply principles of logical and scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to look beyond standard solutions. Education:
Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or university) in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or science related field of study.
Experience:
Three years' experience with industrial equipment; fluid power system design a plus. Proficiency in MS Office Suite software required, AutoCAD a plus. Automation background a plus. Skills taught after hire as needed:
