You will operate outside traditional regional silos to accelerate project outcomes, develop delivery strategies tailored to rural and remote environments, and ensure coordination across planning, environmental, design, right-of-way, and construction functions. You will serve as the single point of accountability for assigned projects, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, alignment, and execution. You will also support innovative delivery approaches, field-informed decision making, and disaster response or recovery efforts when transportation systems are disrupted. This role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset to deliver high-impact projects that keep Alaska connected.
