full-time EMS Program Sales Manager Huntsville, Alabama DirectPath Recruiting Services is partnering with a great company to identify an experienced EMS Program Sales Manager to lead sales growth and program development within their electronics manufacturing division. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven electronics professional who understands both Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) and program management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, expanding customer relationships, managing key programs, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality electronic manufacturing solutions. What You'll Do Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives within the electronics/EMS market. Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and strategic accounts . Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders . Manage customer programs from initial concept through completion, ensuring quality, delivery, and customer expectations are met. Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and customer support . Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for business growth. Prepare and present sales forecasts, business reviews, performance reports, and key metrics to senior leadership. Support program development and ensure projects remain aligned with customer and company objectives. Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, safety requirements, and company policies . Effectively manage multiple customer programs and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field ; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in sales and program management within the electronics manufacturing industry . Experience with EMS, electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or related manufacturing environments . Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and identify new business and revenue opportunities . Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills . Experience using CRM and project management systems . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Why This Opportunity?
