Senior Quality Manager The Senior Quality Manager provides strategic leadership and direction for the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements while driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. The Senior Quality Manager partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to improve product quality, reduce cost of poor quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and support business growth. Our Facility in Huntsville, Arkansas manufactures state-of-the-art integrated electronics for Aerospace and Defense. Job Summary
Develop and execute the organization's quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Engineers, Quality Supervisors, Supplier Quality personnel, and Inspectors.
Foster a culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Lead Management Review activities.
Lead Supplier Quality Management activities. Required Skills and Qualifications Expert knowledge of AS9100 Ability to read and understand production drawings
Root Cause Analysis methodologies
Process Validation
Internal Auditing
Supplier Quality Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to influence cross-functional teams Required Experience and Education H.S. Diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 10+ years progressive experience in quality management with supervisory experience, including military, where applicable, and commercial customers Licenses, Certifications, etc. ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CMQ/OE)
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
