Hiring Timeline:
We are beginning our search for the right person to join our team in this role. We are not looking to make an immediate hire and are focused on connecting with qualified candidates for an anticipated future opening. For the right candidate, timing can be discussed during the interview process. Position Overview We're looking for a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician who's ready to move into an office-based leadership position . This role blends your electrical field experience with client communication, scheduling, and workforce coordination. You'll work directly with contractors, manage manpower needs, and help lead the next generation of electricians in the field. This is not a general project management job — it's an opportunity for a skilled electrician who understands how electrical projects run and wants to transition into leadership.
Key Responsibilities Client & Contractor Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors who rely on us for manpower support.
Workforce Placement:
Schedule and assign licensed electricians to projects across multiple states, ensuring a proper fit for each job.
Project Oversight:
Oversee timelines, site progress, and workforce needs; coordinate with field leads and clients daily.
Team Leadership:
Provide direction and support to electricians; maintain company standards and professionalism on every site.
Business Development:
Identify upcoming projects, bid opportunities, and staffing needs to help grow our footprint.
Timekeeping & Scheduling:
Review timesheets, manage jobsite scheduling issues, and assist with field operations logistics. Qualifications Journeyman or Master Electrician license
REQUIRED.
5+ years of electrical field experience (commercial or industrial preferred). Strong understanding of electrical jobsite operations, manpower management, and project scheduling. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and field staff. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, email, and scheduling tools. Self-motivated, organized, and dependable with a high sense of ownership and accountability. Comfortable transitioning from field work to an office-based leadership role. Not a Fit If You don't have electrical experience or a Journeyman/Master license. You're looking for a purely administrative or non-trade management position.
