Job Description
Job Summary We're looking for an exceptional Senior Design Leader to help lead and grow a national team of 30+ designers supporting some of the industry's most complex mission-critical projects . This is more than a design role — we're looking for a thought leader and technical expert who sees opportunities to improve processes, develop people, increase efficiency, and raise the bar. What You Bring 20+ years fire alarm system design experience 10+ years working on large, complex, mission-critical systems 5+ years with 3D design software ( Revit preferred ) Proven ability to lead and mentor large design teams Strong knowledge of NFPA, IBC, and IECC Experience managing design budgets, efficiency, and profitability NICET III or IV in Fire Alarm Systems Join us as a leader in innovative design! Pay:
