              • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
              • 4+ years of experience developing, proposing, managing, and implementing testing of products and system solutions in power systems or related.
              • 4+ years of experience in temperature, humidity, shock, and vibration testing and certification.
              • 1+ year of experience in leadership and direct participation in technical proposal development, cost estimation, and manpower planning.
              • Previous DoD engineering development experience.
              • Experience with requirements analysis and definition.
              • Naval power or power conversion systems
              • Military production products with complex electro-mechanical assemblies
              • Production product lifecycle management
              • EVM/CAM experience.
              • 2+ years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
              • 2+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools.
              • Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

              • Ability to act as a key decision maker in a fast-paced environment.
