Responsibilities Lead and manage facilities maintenance teams responsible for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and industrial systems repair. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Oversee the management of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical systems, and high/low voltage electrical components to ensure optimal performance. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to schedule inspections, track work orders, and analyze maintenance data for continuous improvement. Supervise project management activities related to facilities upgrades, system repairs, and new installations while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Conduct engineering troubleshooting for mechanical systems, HVAC systems, electrical issues, plumbing repairs, and other facilities-related challenges using tools like voltmeters and ohmmeters. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits, training staff on proper procedures, and maintaining detailed documentation of all maintenance activities. Qualifications Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams within industrial or large commercial environments. Extensive mechanical knowledge including HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting (high/low voltage), and industrial maintenance procedures. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Familiarity with schematics, electrical diagrams, CMMS platforms, and maintenance repair procedures. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for facilities management. Proficiency in using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting.
