JIMS is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering Department and help drive innovative product development in a precision manufacturing environment. For more than 50 years, JIMS has been a recognized leader in the high-performance motorcycle aftermarket, designing and manufacturing premium transmissions, engines, specialty tools, and performance components. What You'll Do As Engineering Manager, you will provide technical leadership while partnering closely with Production, Quality, and Executive Leadership to support manufacturing operations and new product development.
Responsibilities include:
Lead, mentor, and develop the Engineering Department Manage engineering projects, priorities, and team workload Support new product development from concept through production Improve machining processes, tooling, fixturing, and manufacturing efficiency Develop and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation Ensure compliance with

Qualifications Required:
