Project Executive | Design-Build Commercial | Bay Area We are partnering with a highly regarded General Contractor on a key Project Executive hire focused on design-build commercial construction throughout the Bay Area. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide projects from early planning and preconstruction through execution and final delivery. You will lead project teams, collaborate closely with clients and design partners, and help shape the strategy behind successful project outcomes. We're looking for someone who: Enjoys mentoring and developing Project Managers and Project Engineers Has experience overseeing design and MEP intensive ground up commercial projects Can balance high-level leadership with hands-on involvement when needed Builds strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners Brings a proven track record delivering complex commercial construction projects The company offers comprehensive medical coverage, profit sharing, and a strong pipeline of upcoming work.
