As the Sr. Director of Infrastructure, you won't just be setting high-level strategy; you will own the security, availability, and performance of the systems that run our business. This is a highly technical and highly managerial role where you will spend your time both making architecture decisions and building the team, budget, and standards that make those decisions stick. As a cybersecurity company, our security posture is a condition of our credibility with millions of end users and Fortune 500/Global 500 organizations. You are expected to be hands-on in the environment-comfortable reviewing an architecture in the morning and being in the console during an incident in the afternoon.
Your BackgroundB.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in infrastructure and information management, with progressive responsibility.
Experience managing a team of at least ten people, including managing managers.
Hands-on production experience with both AWS and AzureA deep production background: you have owned live, customer-facing production systems at scale, not only internal platforms.
Demonstrated ownership of a budget or P&L, with the ability to defend investment decisions in business terms.
Deep working knowledge of security practices, frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR/CCPA), and incident response.
Genuinely hands-on: you have not been more than a year away from building, configuring, or debugging real systems yourself.

Core ResponsibilitiesSecurity & Compliance:
Own physical and virtual security (access control, endpoints, networks), identity management (SSO/MFA), vendor risk, and compliance frameworks like SOC 2.Availability & Performance:
Maintain 24/7/365 production uptime and scale multi-region infrastructure across both AWS and Azure.Infrastructure P&L:
Manage cloud spend, vendor contracts, tooling budgets, and unit economics.Threat & Vulnerability Management:
Track the evolving threat landscape, manage security patches, and adopt emerging AI tools safely.Leadership & Strategy:
