This position will take ownership of electrical projects from estimating turnover through final closeout, managing project financials, procurement, schedule, manpower coordination, change orders, customer relationships, documentation, and overall project execution. The ideal candidate has successfully managed $5M to $10M+ commercial electrical projects , understands the technical and financial sides of electrical construction, and is comfortable leading project and field teams while managing a significant volume of work. Senior-level candidates should bring demonstrated experience running larger projects, leading teams, protecting project profitability, resolving field and customer issues, and maintaining control across multiple priorities.

Lead commercial and industrial electrical projects from estimating turnover through final completion and closeout. Review estimates, contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes, exclusions, and project assumptions before mobilization. Develop project execution plans in coordination with field leadership, estimating, engineering, customers, and general contractors. Own project financial performance, including budgets, cost-to-complete forecasting, labor tracking, committed costs, billing, change orders, and profitability. Manage project schedules, manpower planning, procurement, equipment requirements, and critical project milestones. Coordinate electrical equipment and material procurement, including long-lead switchgear, panels, lighting, controls, and project-specific materials. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawing revisions, documentation, correspondence, and contract requirements. Identify scope changes quickly and ensure additional work is properly documented, priced, submitted, negotiated, and collected. Work closely with superintendents, general foremen, foremen, Project Engineers, and field crews to support safe and productive project execution. Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners, construction managers, inspectors, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Monitor labor productivity, project cost trends, schedule performance, and project risk throughout construction. Resolve field, design, schedule, procurement, and customer issues before they negatively affect project performance. Coordinate project billing and collections with accounting and leadership. Support project turnover, commissioning, punch-list completion, closeout documentation, and final financial reconciliation. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior PMs, Project Engineers, and project-support personnel when applicable. Support iWire's continued growth while maintaining strong customer relationships, project quality, safety, and profitability. Must-Have Requirements Proven commercial or industrial electrical construction project-management experience. Experience personally managing electrical projects in approximately the $5M to $10M+ range . Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction and project sequencing. Experience owning project budgets, forecasting, labor performance, billing, procurement, change orders, and profitability. Ability to manage projects from turnover through closeout. Experience leading project and field teams. Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, switchgear, panels, conduit, wire, lighting, controls, equipment, and related electrical scopes. Experience coordinating with general contractors, owners, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and field leadership. Strong change-order and contract-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and significant project volume. Strong communication, organization, leadership, problem-solving, and follow-through. We are hiring ASAP!
