full-time A leading employee-owned general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee the delivery of complex construction projects throughout the Bay Area. The company delivers technically demanding projects across the commercial, healthcare, higher education, K-12, life sciences, corporate, and technology sectors . The Project Executive will provide strategic oversight across multiple projects, develop strong client relationships, mentor project teams, and ensure exceptional performance in safety, quality, schedule, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level leadership from preconstruction through project closeout. Oversee multiple project teams, including Project Managers and Superintendents. Manage project financials, forecasting, contracts, risk, and overall profitability. Build lasting relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners. Support preconstruction, project pursuits, and regional business development efforts. Ensure projects meet the company's safety, quality, and operational standards. Mentor and develop project teams while promoting a collaborative culture. Qualifications 15+ years of commercial construction experience, including leadership of large or complex projects. Experience within commercial, healthcare, education, life sciences, or technology construction preferred. Strong financial, operational, and contract-management expertise. Proven ability to lead teams and maintain senior-level client relationships. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
