Project Manager Location:
San Fransisco Bay, California We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Project Engineers and Project Managers to join a growing heavy civil contractor delivering major industrial, infrastructure, water and wastewater projects throughout Northern California. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale, complex construction projects with strong long-term backlog and significant opportunities for career progression. What We're Looking For We are looking for construction professionals with a strong industrial electrical background who are comfortable working in the field and managing complex construction environments.
Ideal candidates will have:
5+ years of total construction experience 8+ years preferred for senior-level candidates 3+ years of industrial electrical construction experience Experience working on large infrastructure or industrial projects Strong field construction experience Ability to coordinate crews, materials, subcontractors and project activities Strong understanding of construction documentation, project controls and utility owner requirements Preferred Project Experience Experience within one or more of the following is highly desirable: Wastewater plants Water treatment facilities Industrial processing facilities Port electrification projects What We're Not Looking For This role is not suited to candidates whose experience is exclusively: Commercial electrical construction Residential electrical construction Building/vertical construction Design or consultant-side engineering The successful candidate will have a construction-first mindset and understand how electrical work is delivered in a complex industrial or infrastructure environment.
