Our team is responsible for delivering robust program quality across the full product lifecycle. What You Will Be Doing As the Sr Manager Program Quality Engineering you will be responsible for leading the quality organization, shaping strategy, and ensuring flawless execution of quality processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage the implementation and execution of program quality requirements. Liaise between programs, manufacturing sites, and the supply base. Ensure compliance with customer and program requirements. Optimize program quality execution while mitigating risks. Responsible for all aspects of Quality across the programs life-cycle including proposals, contract review, start-up, development, transition to production, production and support. Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams to establish and maintain quality standards. Develop talent and drive continuous improvement through data analysis. Partner with program teams as the Quality Lead for design, development, production and mobilization phases of program execution. Performs contract reviews and flows down contract quality requirements to quality team, including suppliers Partner with program teams as the Quality Lead for design, development, production and mobilization phases of program execution. Basic Qualifications Technical Engineering degree at the Bachelor level or above or equivelant combined education/experience Proven experience leading effectively in a concurrent development/production program area Experience leading quality in sensor and missile programs Experienced leading Bid, Proposal and Estimating efforts and the development of Quality Assurance Basis of Estimates (BOE) Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Ability to travel Demonstrated ability to develop compelling strategies that drive business results Desired Skills Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming material in Aerospace industry, including previous or current Material Review Board Quality Engineering authority Lean / Six Sigma or ASQ Certification in Quality Advanced AS9100, AS9102 and
TS 16949
interpretation and application experience Earned Value Management System Cost Account Manager (EVMS CAM) Familiar with requirements for handling and control of Government Furnished Equipment/Property during field, ground or operational tests
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Benefits offered:

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
