In this role, you will drive cross-functional programs that ensure campaign and product experiences meet quality, reliability, and growth standards at a global scale. You will partner with marketing, product, engineering, vendors, and regional teams to identify systemic quality gaps, define scalable frameworks, and influence the strategic roadmap for international product growth. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a program leader who thrives in ambiguity and can translate complex, multi-regional challenges into clear organizational priorities.
Program Manager, Global Product Quality Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of large-scale global product quality programs that span multiple product lines, marketing teams, regions, and cross-functional organizations Develop and drive the strategic roadmap for international marketing localization, bringing clarity to ambiguous problems where standard frameworks and technical solutions do not fully apply Identify systemic process and quality gaps across international markets and build novel approaches to address root causes with cross-regional and cross-functional impact Establish and evolve program management processes that enable teams to rapidly assess, prioritize, and act on shifting marketing and product quality signals across global markets Influence key leaders and functional stakeholders by synthesizing complex quality data into compelling narratives that drive alignment and resource decisions Build and maintain formal networks across marketing, product, engineering, data science, operations, and regional teams to accelerate program delivery and surface emerging risks Develop contingency plans and resilience strategies to mitigate disruptions caused by changes in international market conditions, regulatory environments, or product strategy Coach cross-functional partners on diagnosing and improving complex quality systems, and share frameworks that scale across teams and geographies Define and track program health metrics that connect short-term quality deliverables to long-term international product growth objectives Participate in the development of organizational strategy for global product quality, representing program insights in leadership forums and strategic planning cycles
Minimum Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or a related field with a focus on global or international product quality and growth Experience leading and delivering multiple large-scale, cross-functional programs simultaneously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with cross-regional scope Experience influencing senior leaders and functional stakeholders through structured written communication, data-driven recommendations, and executive-level presentations Experience developing strategic frameworks and program roadmaps for complex quality or product growth challenges that span multiple geographies and organizational boundaries Experience building and leveraging cross-functional networks to drive alignment, surface risks, and deliver measurable outcomes across international markets
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to design, evaluate and implement AI-powered solutions to reach global users Experience operating in a technology company at scale, partnering with product and engineering organizations to influence product quality strategy and roadmap decisions Experience working on international product growth programs with direct exposure to market-specific quality, localization, or regulatory considerations across multiple regions Demonstrated ability to build scalable program infrastructure, including tooling, documentation, and governance processes, that enables distributed teams to operate with consistency Experience using data analysis and product quality metrics to diagnose systemic issues and prioritize investments across a global product portfolio
