Job Description We are seeking a Program Manager, Critical Facilities to oversee the planning, execution, and lifecycle management of our critical infrastructure programs. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex engineering and construction projects that ensure 100% uptime for data centers and mission-critical sites. You will bridge the gap between technical resources, vendors, and leadership to deliver resilient power and cooling solutions on time and within budget.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver critical infrastructure projects from initial concept through design, commissioning, and handover.
Timeline & Budget Control:
Manage program master schedules, track dependencies, mitigate risks, and oversee capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Direct external engineering consultants, general contractors, and equipment manufacturers while providing clear progress updates to internal leaders.
Technical Oversight & OperationsPower Systems Management:
Oversee the deployment, upgrading, and testing of large-scale emergency Generators, DC Power Plants, and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS).
Thermal Management:
Manage complex HVAC, chilled water, and liquid cooling infrastructure projects to optimize facility Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE).
Sustainability Integration:
Lead the evaluation, integration, and scaling of renewable energy assets, specifically Solar PV (Photovoltaic) and battery storage systems.
Skills and Requirements Professional Experience:
5+ years of project or program management experience specifically within critical facilities, data centers, or telecom landing sites.
Technical Expertise:
Proven track record managing complex projects involving:
Emergency standby generators and automatic transfer switches (ATS).High-density UPS systems and associated battery technologies (VRLA, Lithium-ion).DC Power Plants, rectifiers, and distribution frameworks.
Industrial HVAC systems, CRAC/CRAH units, and chillers.
Commercial-scale Solar PV arrays and renewable energy grids.
Education:
