Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in Residential Electrical (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment, and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). Understanding of NEC, resi and commercial electrical construction and project designs. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Understand, prepare estimates, assist and deliver bid packages, troubleshoot as needed
Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
