Sausalito, CA Job Details Full-time 19 hours ago Qualifications Project engineering Engineering Environmental compliance CMMS Mechanical knowledge Full Job Description Lead engineering and facilities operations across multiple locations, supporting manufacturing reliability, efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead Engineering & Facilities teams and strategy. Manage capital projects, budgets, resources, and priorities. Improve equipment reliability, automation, and manufacturing processes. Oversee electrical, mechanical, PLC, fluid, and industrial automation systems. Lead equipment design, testing, prototyping, and innovation. Ensure OSHA, fire safety, environmental, and hazardous-material compliance. Manage CMMS, maintenance programs, documentation, and facility security. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. 10+ years of Engineering/Facilities leadership experience. Strong people leadership and project management skills. Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, industrial equipment, and automation. Experience with budgets, capital projects, troubleshooting, and compliance.
