Job Description

Design it, build it, lead it at Rancho California Water District. Join Rancho Water as its Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Manager and combine your skills in technical engineering expertise, project leadership, and team development while helping shape the infrastructure that supports a growing region. From long-range capital planning to the construction of essential utility facilities, your work will directly influence the District's ability to deliver reliable, high-quality services to its customers. The CIP Manager will lead the planning, design, and delivery of critical water, recycled water, and wastewater infrastructure. A PE license is required; out-of-state candidates must be able to transfer their PE license within one year of hire. A Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is desired.

HIRING BONUS

$5,000 paid at start date and $5,000 paid after one year of service.
