The Role:

Lead and manage a team of CAD professionals, with the opportunity to grow the department as the company expands Develop and maintain company-wide CAD standards, templates, and workflows Collaborate with engineers to produce and oversee civil construction drawing sets using Civil 3D Provide QA/QC review, mentorship, and training to CAD staff and engineers across the business

The Candidate:

Strong Civil 3D experience within civil engineering projects Experience supporting or managing CAD standards, processes, or teams Leadership or supervisory experience within a CAD or engineering design environment
