Partner with contract manufacturers to ensure achievement of quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives. Drive supply chain and operational improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and business performance. Develop and execute cost reduction initiatives through supplier negotiations, value engineering, and data-driven decision making. Improve forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and working capital effectiveness. Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks, including component availability, single-source dependencies, and logistics disruptions. Develop operational metrics, KPI dashboards, and governance processes to drive accountability and performance. Collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Service, Quality, and Sales to achieve company objectives. Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, manufacturing, sourcing, or operations. Experience managing global suppliers and contract manufacturing partners. Proven success driving operational improvements, cost reductions, and supply chain performance. Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. Preferred Experience within enterprise hardware, data storage, networking, telecommunications, or related technology industries. Experience with cost-management disciplines such as should-cost analysis, value engineering, or total cost of ownership methodologies. Experience leading operational transformation, automation, or digital supply chain initiatives. Familiarity with ERP, planning, procurement, or supply chain management systems.
