$135,000 - $165,000 per year
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Travel:
Approximately 15-30%

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineering professionals Drive continuous improvement and new product development initiatives Provide technical leadership and support across engineering projects Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables Partner with manufacturing, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to improve product quality, reliability, and performance Oversee engineering documentation, change management processes, and product data management activities Support strategic business objectives and long-term product initiatives Promote safety, quality, and engineering best practices throughout the product lifecycle
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline Extensive engineering experience within manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, or similar technical environments Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams Strong understanding of mechanical design and product development principles Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software Knowledge of engineering documentation, BOM structures, and change management processes Experience managing engineering projects, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Experience:
Complex equipment or product manufacturing environments Industrial machinery, automation, or engineered systems Product development and continuous improvement initiatives Engineering process improvement and operational excellence programs
