ARC Colorado, in Firestone is seeking an experienced and visionary Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering organization and help shape the future of advanced manufacturing. The Engineering Manager will be a key member of ARC's leadership team, responsible for turning business strategy and customer requirements into engineering solutions that are innovative, manufacturable, cost-effective, and delivered on time. About This Role New products launched on time and successfully into production Improved manufacturing yield, throughput, capacity, and efficiency Reduced scrap, rework, cycle time, and manufacturing costs Stronger automation and advanced manufacturing capabilities Improved customer satisfaction and technical relationships Engineering projects delivered on schedule and within budget A strong pipeline of engineering talent and future leaders A culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. 10+ years of progressive engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including managers and/or directors. Proven experience leading NPI, product development, process development, or manufacturing engineering programs. Demonstrated experience managing engineering budgets, capital projects, and technical resources. Strong understanding of advanced manufacturing processes and production environments. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business results. Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Metal Injection Molding (MIM) Plastic Injection Molding (PIM) Powder metallurgy Feedstock development or compounding Tooling and mold design Automation and robotics CNC machining Materials science Design for Manufacturing Process validation Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma Medical, aerospace, automotive, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing

$150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
