Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) with hands‑on project engineering or program support experience for complex technical solutions 2. Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Proficiency
- Experience creating, maintaining, and reporting against an IMS, including tracking critical path activities, milestones, and interface dependencies. 3. Jira (or similar Agile) Tool Expertise
- Proven ability to extract up‑to‑date status, manage work items, and generate dashboards/reports from Jira (or comparable issue‑tracking systems). 4. Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for document creation, data analysis, and briefing package development. 5. Clearance
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance ## Desired Skills 1. Earned‑Value Management (EVM) & Financial Reporting
- Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and report cost, schedule, and performance data in accordance with DoD EVM guidelines and Cost Account Manager (CAM) requirements. 2. SAFe / Agile Execution Experience
- Direct experience applying Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile methodologies to large‑scale defense programs, including participation in PI planning, program increment reviews, and Agile ceremonies. 3. Complex Embedded Flight‑Software (FSW) Support
- Experience supporting development, integration, and verification of safety‑critical embedded flight‑software systems 4.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$95900.00- $178100.

An Engineering Program Manager provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of company's products. Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget.
