Our client, a leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Engineer Leader to join their team. As a Quality Engineer Leader, you will be an integral part of the quality assurance department supporting production and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to excellence, which will align successfully within the organization.

Hands-on collaboration with production and engineering teams to evaluate and resolve PCB and PCBA defects in real time. Serve as the expert in PCB and PCBA defect resolution, ensuring compliance with IPC-610 and
IPC-6003
standards. Lead efforts to improve solder joint quality and overall product reliability through process evaluation and improvement initiatives. Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Document and communicate defect trends and corrective actions to ensure quality standards are maintained. What's Needed? Must have a strong background in SMT, PCB, and PCBA processes, with direct experience in defect resolution. Deep understanding of PCB chemistry and manufacturing processes, not related to design. Experience working on the production floor, working directly with manufacturing and engineering teams. Proficiency in IPC-610 and
IPC-6003
standards and their application in quality control. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field. What's in it for me?
