$120,000 - $220,000 per year Job Details - If this is you, we'd love to hear from you! Seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Vice President of Development for Data Centers to support the planning, execution, and delivery of data center and mission-critical development projects.
Core responsibilities include:
Project management, design management, managing project budgets and cash flows, communicating with lenders/partners, and handling meetings with utilities, consultants, tenants, and internal teams
Project Management, Site Selection, Power & Infrastructure, Financial Management, Design & Construction Coordination, Stakeholder Communication Requirements:
5-9 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or mission-critical project delivery The ideal candidate will complement their development expertise with a background in architecture, construction, engineering, and/or business Hands-on experience building project budgets, proformas, and cash flow projections; strong financial acumen and proficiency in Excel Proven ability to project manage at a very high level — coordinating multiple projects, consultants, and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality or detail Working knowledge of data center fundamentals preferred, including power and cooling infrastructure, redundancy configurations, MEP systems, and commissioning processes Familiarity with utility coordination, power procurement, and/or fiber connectivity a strong plus A bit about us: - Premier full-service Real Estate & Hospitality group that prides themselves on being master builders and inventors in the space.
