  • Full-time About the Opportunity HV Talent Group is partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing construction organization seeking a dynamic Project Executives to lead operations within a defined geographic territory.
This role help lead the next phase of growth across South Florida and Fort Myers. These leaders will provide executive oversight on major vertical assignments, strengthen client relationships, and help scale the operating platform as the company takes on larger, more complex work. What this role will own Provide executive leadership for one major assignment or a portfolio of concurrent projects from preconstruction through closeout. . Review schedule, cost exposure, contingency, buyout strategy, staffing, and major risk items with disciplined regularity. Coach PMs, Senior PMs, and Superintendents while reinforcing urgency, accountability, and professional standards. Partner with estimating and operations on procurement, change management, forecasting, and major trade decisions. Escalate and resolve issues early across quality, schedule recovery, subcontractor performance, and client communication. What strong candidates bring Meaningful senior project leadership or executive oversight experience on large vertical construction assignments. Track record on multifamily, mixed-use, condo, hospitality, commercial, or similar complex work. Strong command of financial reporting, contracts, risk control, and team leadership. Credibility with developers, lenders, architects, consultants, and major trade partners. Ability to lead calmly under pressure while improving both outcomes and people. Recruiter screening focus Look for builders who have actually led portfolios or major projects, not just held senior titles. Strong client-facing maturity and financial discipline are essential. Candidates should be comfortable in both growth and operational-upgrade environments. Do you have direct experience managing financial performance (including cost reporting, forecasting, and margin protection) on large-scale construction projects? Have you led and been accountable for the performance of Project Managers and Superintendents across multiple concurrent projects? Have you established direct client-facing experience with developers, owners, or capital partners where you were the primary point of accountability? Are you currently based in Florida or willing to relocate immediately and travel regularly across South Florida and Southwest Florida?
