Job Duties:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Electrical Engineering Department, coordinating project execution, resource allocation, and team schedules. Act as a bridge between Senior Engineers and Management, mentoring junior engineers and technicians while ensuring alignment with company standards and project goals. Support factory order (FO) reviews, verifying compliance with NEC, UL, and IEEE standards, as well as customer-specific requirements. Contribute to the design and approval of electrical starter and control panels, including oversight of schematics, BOM validation, and submittal packages. Coordinate technical documentation (drawings, wiring diagrams, operation manuals) and assist in the preparation of control logic and BACnet point lists for MCS systems. Facilitate communication with cross-functional departments (Sales, Production, Quality, Service) to resolve technical issues and support custom projects. Assist in vendor evaluations and component sourcing to maintain quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with supply chain requirements. Provide technical leadership during panel testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning, ensuring smooth handover to customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering and two years of experience as an Engineer.
