Job Description Day-to-Day:

• Provide architectural design, analysis, and consulting support for Navy, Marine Corps, and other federal facilities
• Support MILCON projects, renovations, demolitions, facility development, and space utilization initiatives
• Perform architectural programming, concept development, and space planning
• Conduct code compliance reviews and sustainable design integration
• Review A/E design packages, specifications, cost estimates, RFPs, and technical documentation
• Evaluate drawings and technical submittals for compliance with UFC, NAVFAC, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, design charrettes, planning sessions, and site investigations
• Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance efforts
• Present findings, recommendations, and design rationale to leadership and project stakeholders
