0% - 25% Purpose and Scope Phiston Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership, manage engineering operations, and oversee the development of innovative industrial equipment and technology solutions. The Engineering Manager will lead engineering teams, coordinate product development activities, and ensure projects are completed efficiently while meeting quality, performance, and customer requirements. The goal of this position is to provide strategic engineering leadership while supporting continuous improvement and successful product delivery. Responsibilities/Duties - Duties and activities that constitute the performance of the job Lead, mentor, and manage engineering staff. Oversee engineering projects from concept through production. Develop project schedules, priorities, and resource plans. Coordinate engineering activities with manufacturing, operations, and quality teams. Review engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation. Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support. Establish engineering processes, standards, and best practices. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to leadership. Support product improvement initiatives and new technology development. Manage engineering resources, timelines, and budgets. Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with company standards. Assist with recruiting, training, and development of engineering personnel. Promote collaboration between engineering and cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or designee.
