Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available for a Civil Engineering Manager in Oakland Park, FL with a well-established civil engineering firm that has been serving South Florida for more than 45 years. This is a great role for a land development professional who enjoys leading teams, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and overseeing commercial and residential site development projects with room for long-term growth. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineering Manager position include: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required Florida PE license preferred, but not required Experience with land development projects, including commercial and residential site development Strong knowledge of hydraulics, hydrology, stormwater management, and drainage studies Ability to manage civil designers, mentor junior staff, and oversee a small team Lead design and engineering for grading, drainage, utilities, roadway design, and site development projects Prepare and review proposals, scopes, budgets, schedules, reports, calculations, plans, and permitting documents Meet with clients, support regulatory compliance, and guide projects through entitlement and permitting processes
Salary :
$100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits :
